We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any items. All items will only be eligible for exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When we receive your returned item, we will send you an email confirming the exchange. If there is a price difference between the old and new items, the customer will be responsible for making a payment before the item is shipped.
